September is often the perfect time to get married in the Southwest, and this Saturday began under the best possible conditions, with a bright blue sky and radiant sunshine.

While Theresa and Jérôme start their preparations and tie up the final details with Fanny, their wedding planner, the guests enjoy the château’s pool and terraces to the fullest.

Dressed in a sharp tuxedo, Jérôme shares a joyful moment with his friends over a bottle of champagne—he’s now ready for the big moment.

Meanwhile, Theresa savors the last quiet moments in the bridal suite. Surrounded by her mother and their little dog Jimbo, she is pampered by the makeup artist and hairstylist, who put the finishing touches on her look.

After a few photos, the long-awaited moment arrives: the couple makes their way to the ceremony venue, beautifully decorated and ready to welcome them.

For their ceremony, Theresa and Jérôme placed their trust in Kevin Baker, a bilingual officiant who guided the moment with sensitivity and precision.

Jérôme walks down the aisle first, followed shortly by a very emotional Theresa, arm in arm with her father.

Standing face to face, the couple rediscovers each other as if seeing one another for the first time. Hands brush, eyes meet, and for a brief moment, time seems to stand still.

The ceremony flows with deeply personal speeches, one of the great treasures of a secular ceremony, where every word resonates with sincerity.

True to his role, Jimbo does not disappoint, delivering the rings to the couple so they can exchange them along with their vows in a deeply emotional moment.

Under a triumphal arch of guests, Theresa and Jérôme make their joyful exit. Jérôme passionately kisses Theresa before sabering the champagne, kicking off a lively and celebratory cocktail reception.

The weather has been on our side all day, and when golden hour finally arrives, I can’t resist taking my newlyweds for a special moment dedicated to couple portraits.

Château de Garde offers a wide variety of settings, both indoors and outdoors. Depending on the light and time of day, it’s possible to play with contrasts, shadows, and the warm tones so characteristic of late afternoon.

We steal a few minutes to begin the session in the heart of the vineyards. Then, still accompanied by Jimbo, we wander through the gardens before finishing in front of the château’s façade. Between candid moments and more posed shots, this session proves to be a true success.

Theresa and Jérôme are now ready to rejoin their guests for the meal, served in the château’s patio, and continue a day full of emotions.

Seated at their places, the guests welcomed Theresa and Jérôme with great joy, marking the start of this long-awaited evening.

The speeches from friends and witnesses set the tone, mixing laughter and emotion. Then, dancers surprised everyone with a stunning Korean choreography. They invited the guests to follow them outside, where another surprise awaited: a fireworks display.

Theresa and Jérôme watched the spectacle with love and emotion, while their guests, completely captivated, soaked in every moment.

After this magical interlude, dessert was served. The newlyweds then opened the dance floor, raising the energy and kicking off a festive, unforgettable evening.

The day flew by for me, and it was already time to head home and rest, my heart full of beautiful memories.
